We verify the scrapping partner
Authorised facilities are registered for specific vehicle classes — a facility rated for two-wheelers is not automatically approved for heavy commercial vehicles or specialised equipment. We route your vehicle only to a partner with the right tonnage or class authorisation for your specific vehicle.

What we need from you
Required for all vehicles
- Original RC book of the vehicle
- Government-issued ID of the registered owner
- Form 35 and lender NOC if the vehicle was financed
Additional — commercial & specialised vehicles
- Fitness certificate (current or most recently expired)
- National or state permit, if applicable
- Company authorisation letter and signatory ID, for company-owned vehicles
What we and our partners handle
Our team and the authorised partner facility take care of the scrap certificate, dismantling proof and chassis-number defacement records. For commercial and permit-carrying vehicles, we also coordinate national permit cancellation, fitness certificate closure and motor vehicle tax clearance with the RTO.
Full RTO deregistration support is provided for every vehicle type we process. Once deregistration is filed and confirmed, the vehicle is no longer registered to you — so you carry no liability for its taxes, insurance, permits or any future use of the chassis number.
If anything is missing — lost RC, outstanding dues, an old hypothecation entry or unclear ownership — we will tell you exactly what is needed before quoting, not after the vehicle has been collected.
